I can just imagine! Try to stay calm though, you're going to do great :)

Congrats on the letter!

What some people do is get a sworn statement from someone else living there saying that you have both resided at the same residence since __________ etc.

Do you guys have any memberships together? Is she listed as your emergency contact for anything? Pictures are great too.

we have pictures. It is kinda complicated. My roomates parents own the home. They pay them money but in reality they don't pay much since it is only child and they have to grandkids. They say they pay money to them but i doubt it. Memberships, just casino cards that is it. Kinda hard when she doesn't have valid id to be here. kinda a catch if your not valid but they want proof, wierd.

june 11th sent AOS paper work

june 24th got the three letters

july 14th finger prints done

Do you have health insurance? I imagine your wife and child would be on the policy yes? Any retirement accounts that you could out her as beneficiary? Definitely photos of the wedding and others together are important. What about affidavits from others as to the authenticity of your relationship?

Have she and you received any mail addressed together? Like wedding cards etc?

Good luck!

Get her established as beneficiary of any policy you can; life insurance, 401k, IRA, etc. We are in a similar boat as everything we do account wise is paperless so it's printout from the 'net. Your plan administrator should be able to help you with the 401k/insurance.

One thing I have to laugh about is the address. If you want to receive mail for her at your address buy something online from Victorias Secret. They send catalogs weekly and sell your name/address to other stores and she will receive alot of mail. Looks like you're on a tight time frame so if you buy something anywhere and have it shipped to her at your home it is a little proof.

Hello fellow June filers, Hope cases are progressing well for everyone. So, on today I received the AP in the mail but it had my wife's picture in it instead of mine. I don't know how this happen but all I can think of is may be error at USCIS. Now. I don't know what to do. Do I call USCIS to explain issue or do I go to local office and apply directly. I am in need to go home soon as I haven't been in over 7 years. Please advise anyone. I am on post activity also on EAD but I hope same problem does not happen and they put wrong picture. Ah My God pray for me.

Hi Bulling,

UGHHHH .... You finally get EAD with wrong picture :bonk: ! I would call the USCIS first and then make an info pass appointment.

We finally got the biometrics letter today! Yeah! Don't know if it was from the service request I made this week, or if it was just on it's way. Is anyone else who is still waiting for their biometrics from a boarder area. We are in San Diego and the office they assigned us to is five miles from Mexico so I wonder if maybe they are just back logged due to an abnormally large number of potential immigrants in the area? We are going to try for a walk-in this week.

Enjoy your weekend!
