Congrats! It seems most people who are getting their EAD all did biometrics around the same time ... which I guess means my EAD won't be approved until the end of the month, bummer :( Either way, I'm happy that many of us are moving forward in this journey :)

Hey Matt Are you guys close with the I864 with the amount you earn? Just wondering because I'm over the amount for us but I didn't send my pass 12 months of deposit. Hopefully they won't ask for it.

Seb, it's always best to send in as much as you can, even if unecessary, the tax returns I think are the total of the last 3 years, so we would have been over their threshold. I didn't send in the 12mth deposit letter either, as I was getting it out asap. we're covering all bases when we send in our RFE stuff.

Haha, the online system seems hit and miss. I really hope ours is broken; it's currently telling me our case hasn't been touched since 06/28 ... I would greatly appreciate it if I checked the mail and there was my EAD/AP/interview letter, anything really!

Hey fellow June filers!

I just received the best news in the mail, my AP and interview letter! I am so excited!!! The interview won't be till September 21st and i guess looking on the bright side it means i now have enough time to gather all my evidence for proof of marriage. Now just waiting for that EAD in the mail.

So funny because i received a text and email when my EAD was approved and the case status changed to card/document in production but i received my AP without any change in the status. It sure is a hit/miss on the updates.

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten their EAD/AP and i wish everyone a smooth interview process. For those of you who haven't gotten their documents,i pray that they can be on the way soonest:)

AOS Timeline:

June 2nd 2010- Filed for adjustment of status

June 16th 2010- Biometrics letter received scheduled for July 9th.

August 9th 2010- AOS interview letter received. Interview scheduled for September 21st, 2010.

August 14th 2010- EAD arrived finally!!!! Thank you God.

September 21st 2010- GC Interview @ 0100

April 20, 2011- Applied to renew EAD &AP (paper)

May 9, 2011- AP RECEIVED! Talk about fast service!

June 8, 2011- EAD card received!

September 20th, 2011- Home visit by USCIS officers!!!!

November 21st- Fingerprint notice for Dec1st

December 5th- Card Production Ordered email/text

Don't worry about it so much. i was in the same boat with no touch since before biometrics. They is going to touch your case soon.

On a lighter note, I got touched again today Yahh.
