Just a little update :) We sent our response to RFE on Aug 4th and it was delivered today at 4.20 PM. Our RFE was for I-864 as we didn't send any proof of current income. :bonk:

Congrats, jtdr2716 on your AOS transferring to CSC

Matt & karry and Aya and John,Sorry about the RFE.Hopefully you folks will fix the issues and send them back to Lee's Summit.

Proline...they got my RFE today and I'm very much nervous after your experience.May be, they're working on your case and you'd get a notification when your EAD is approved as you know their update system is not very reliable.Some people have their update status on the initial review even when their AOS is approved,right? Good luck!! :thumbs:

I know a few people experiencing the same situation, what makes me think the big delay is "normal" :wacko:

Oh My God. After I am not hearing anything from USCIS from biometrics till now, I received an e-mail last night telling me that EAD & AP have been approved and to wait 30 days for production. I am so happy at least now I know that they are working on our case. The silence is killer I tell you. Congratulations to all who have received approvals and good luck to all with cases pending. :innocent:

Oh My God. After I am not hearing anything from USCIS from biometrics till now, I received an e-mail last night telling me that EAD & AP have been approved and to wait 30 days for production. I am so happy at least now I know that they are working on our case. The silence is killer I tell you. Congratulations to all who have received approvals and good luck to all with cases pending. :innocent:

They need the exact same things from us as well. I know it's no big deal, but I'm so upset over that RFE. Why do they have to complicate things so much! LOL

I haven't gotten anything since my interview appt letter mid july so i decided to go on the USCIS website to check my status.

It says my EAD has been approved on the 6th of August and the card is in production! /cheer! I haven't gotten any emails, or txts or letters yet. I know i posted this on the other thread but, do i need to wait til my EAD card or letter is actually in my hand before i go to the DMV to get my license renewed? or would the DMV have everything with in their system that would allow me to just walk in and renew my license?(it expired 2 years ago. but i haven't been able to go renew it because i have been out of status for that long...LOL)

My interview is still set for the 25th of August!I'm so excited!

I just read a threat saying that some guy was denied because he had a plane ticket.

I have been traveling with in the US alot lately because i figured, once i get my GC and EAD and start working i wont have time to travel and visit my friends. I have been gone from home at least a good 2 weeks a month since May. Would that be an issue and brought up during my Interview?

or is it okay since I got my EAD approved and Interview appointment with out any RFE's?

Looks like a lot of people got email/texts on Friday regarding EAD and AP approvals .... and so did WE!! YAY! Friday night, August 6th, got a text saying that there had been an update. Low and behold, both EAD and AP have been approved :) we are just waiting the 30 days for approval. SO excited!! :thumbs: :thumbs:
