well this isn't one of the things you can get an update from the USCIS.

We just found out my wife is PREGNANT :-)

We are about 2-4 weeks in so along time to go but hope this is proof to the USCIS that we are going to be together.

On that note, Do i need to change my i864 now to 3 people. i hope that don't mean my 125% would go up to a different bracket lol. It would be well worth it though :-)

Congrats on the baby news! I agree with the others that you don't need to change the I-864 until the day the baby is born. Also while most consider it proof that you're having a relationship the person interviewing might say all that proves is you didn't use contraception or contraception failed. I've heard them say that before in really tough interviews. They've also been know to ask "Is it yours." wacko.gif

Congratulation!!!!!!! That's a super great news (L)

Although we are not planning ours yet, we'd love to have one some day; so that gets me super excited for you!!!

As per I-864, don't chenge anything. You should think about it once the baby is here :)

Congrats again and wish you and your family the greatest happiness and love of the world!

SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Hang in there. It's so strange how these people process things at different times! Think positive thoughts.

Thank you all. Our case hasn't moved. My coworker have a date of august 31st. They were only a week behind us. I don't know why we haven't moved or gotten a letter interview yet. I have a job lined up for my wife, one with a union job and another with a casino. I want to get her in before she starts showing, this way they can't fire her, she didn't know lol.

june 11th sent AOS paper work

june 24th got the three letters

july 14th finger prints done

Have a question if the paper work gets sent over to Cali for process does that mean most of the time there may not be an interview?

Yep that's correct.

hey all hope evryones cases are progressing or atleast will be soon! our interview is on aug 11 any advice on what we should be collecting to take to it right now? does anyone have a nice simple list of documents that are good to take with us. Also, will we have to fill out a new affidavit of support to take to the interview or the copy of the one we sent with the AOS should be sufficient? Not much has changed for us in that since my husband still has no EAD.

Another concern i have is that we have no bills together since we live with my parents right now....once my husband gets proper work authorization he can work and we can get our own place. Besides a notarized letter from my parents stating we live at their house, what other documents can we give to show proof? Even his cell phone is prepaid so theres no bill and Tmobile didnt let me add his name to my bill because he has no credit history. I feel we may not have much documents to show will that be a problem?

any advice, suggestions etc will be helpful! thanks in advance

We just received this email:

On August 2, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice.

I'm so relieved because I never got a 2nd notification like a lot of other people. I can't wait to FINALLY be able to work!

Hopefully when I go home to check the mail in a few days I'll also get an interview letter... A girl can dream, right? :)
