Good evening, I have been reading the boards for a while now and thought it was about time I made a contribution.

My status on the USCIS site has not been updated since 8th July (Biometrics appt 2nd July) and totally out of the blue I recieved a request to attend the initial interview in the mail!!

So...20th August is the date.

Same thing happened to me too :)

looks like we're moving along - one more transfer and one more interview date! I think that makes 5 and 5. And those interview dates are awesome - June filers with August interviews?? I thought it usually took 4 months. pretty sweet :)

My EAD got touched twice after my biometrics walk-in. USCIS case status is still: Intial Review.

When do you guys think we will hear back from them about the AOS?

My status is still showing AOS, EAD last touched on 7/8 and I130 and AP on 6/26 (I130, AP and EAD are still showing initial review and AOS is still showing acceptance stage) but I received a letter for interview in the mail yesterday. From what I have read it all seems to depend on how busy the local office is as to when you will get an appointment.

Unfortunately I think they need your biometrics before any official is issued, like appointment letters. :( Sorry hon
