Good day all,i am curious to know if i will be getting the 10yr GC or 2yr temporary GC,i have been married for 3years to my wife,our marriage certificate is that of our country of origin(we got married in our country b4 i joined her here),and we have two lovely daughters together?

I still have not gotten a biometrics letter in the mail. Question, if i don't get it this week, when should i call? On the date they received my application or the notice date?

Good evening, I have been reading the boards for a while now and thought it was about time I made a contribution.

My status on the USCIS site has not been updated since 8th July (Biometrics appt 2nd July) and totally out of the blue I recieved a request to attend the initial interview in the mail!!

So...20th August is the date.

Got our RFE letter yesterday dated July 16th, asking for last years tax return, I over nighted the transcript this morning so hopefully our case will resume very soon!
