Hello all you great June filers my wife and I recieved our text messages and e-mails for USCIS accepting our aos paperwork and we did celebrate! Today we recieved in the mail hard copies of I797C Notice of Action for her I-485 AND i-765. With the notice of Biometric letter to soon follow, one question.

It says "Please bring a copy of all receipt notices from USCIS in relation to your current application for benefits"

I thought you brought your I.D. and the biometrics letter to the appointment and that was sufficient? what do they meal "all reciept notices" any thought guys thank you in advance...

YAYYYY! We just got back from our walk in biometrics, the lady almost kinda gave us a bit of an eyebrow but took us in. She just asked why we can't make the scheduled date.... Their last scheduled appointment today was 3:15 and we showed up right after that. Wow, next stop Philadelphia for the Interview.

I had taken our entire file with me to our walk in biometrics visit today, only additional item asked for was our marriage certificate, that was because her passport had her maiden name and we had her married name on the applications. So we needed her i.d. (passport), biometrics appointment letter and marriage certificate.

It means they have been working on your applications. We got a touch on all our applications on July 2nd, and no biometrics letter yet in the mail as of now. (We really hope to find something in the mail box today!)
