i have also been reading a lot of complains about not receiving email and text. have you include a form G-1145 with your application. if not it is ok. you can to uscis and set up an account; however, you will only be able to do that when you receive your cases number.

It means that all the fees & signatures & form preparations are correct :)

From what I've been reading, RFE's are usually sent out around or after the biometrics.

Hi June Filers,

I finally got my husbands AOS package sent in today. I had most of it finished weeks ago when I realized while doing the I-864 that my accountant had transposed two numbers on my tax return and my 1099 didn't match my return. Anyway, had to wait until I filed an amended tax return and just got that back and sent the package off today via fed-ex.

It has been great reading about your journeys so far. I'm looking forward to reading all about your success!

Hello Nancy, welcome to the wait that is...

We also received the hard copy of the bio appointment today. Unfortunately we are 130 miles away from the ASC so it's going to be hard to drop in and say, Hey we're in the 'hood got time for some prints? So we will wait until the 13th as scheduled.

We still can't get the case to be recognized on the status page, anyone else having this problem after a week plus?

Completed the 1145 so got the acceptance text/e-mail w/ case number but the mirror of the check had a different case number for the deposit. Only want the status in case of RFE(s).

Looking at your timeline Young Love we are dead on with your dates with the exception of the check cashing.

Haha, Very cool! We love being able to compare time lines :)

SN: We called the USCIS earlier and asked if there was something wrong with the numbers but they said it can take up to month to get posted. So we can only sit and wait... :clock:
