Suggest you wait 2 to 3 weeks from USPS confirmed delivery date.

Please?

Wait 5-10 more business days. Then get a roll of duct tape. Wrap it around your head. Use the entire roll. You are just starting and already getting nervous. By day 143 your head will explode...you will want to keep all the pieces.

Hi Chazzie--I was worried at first too because it seemed like everyone who filed in early May and before had their checks cashed and cleared in two days. It took mine a week. I think what happened is the change in processing; the I129F is now forwarded from the CSC to a centralized lockbox in Texas. That's where my check cleared. I'm sure it will be cashed soon. Hang in there!

May 17, 2010 - Mailed I-129F (overnight priority mail)

May 25, 2010 - NOA1 (rec'd in mail 5/29)

June 2 & 3, July 29 & 30, 2010 - "Touched"

July 29, 2010 - NOA2 (rec'd in mail 8/2)

August 3, 2010 - rec'd by NVC

August 5, 2010 - sent to Frankfurt embassy

August 6, 2010 - rec'd by Frankfurt embassy

August 14, 2010 - rec'd "packet 3" from embassy

August 16, 2010 - sent packet 3

August 18, 2010 - medical exam for Joern

August 27, 2010 - packet 4

September 15, 2010 - interview--approved!

October 1, 2010 - POE, S.F.

December 2, 2010 - Married

AOS Journey:

December 14, 2010 - Submitted I-485

December 21, 2010 - NOA

January 24, 2011 - Biometrics appt

March 21, 2011 - Interview--then received notice it was rescheduled to...

April 5, 2011 - Interview--approved!!!

Good. Now wait some more - USCIS needs to print something, bundle something into a postal mailer, give it to USPS, who will then attempt a delivery to the petitioner's address.

Wait some more. Please ?

I think when we get into the visa process we tend to loose our minds. If you didn't have patience to begin you will learn patience in all of this. Welcome to the USA Immigration System. Like everything In life we learn to wait for the best parts..Getting your NOA2 and finally the Visa !!!! Which BTW we have been working on for almost a year now and will be having the interview soon....I hope ...ufffffff!!!!!!
