Hello everybody, I haven't been able to find my answer so decided to post it (sorry if posted already). Does a minor need to sign his/her DS-3032 and any other documents related to CP? I am just wondering if one of the parents can do it, as a background, I filed for my step-children and trying to figure these things out before we get NOA 2's.

Thanks for your help

Just a quick question does the mom/dad have papers from Colombia giving her full custody? Is the other parent still alive? These are also important questions as when the case gets to the DS-230 part and the other parent is listed on the BC you will need the custody docs to send in or a letter ( notorized ) stating the child is allowed to immigrate, then you will also need a paper to present to DAS for the child to leave Colombia with one or no parent.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

:bonk::crying:

I think I forgot that part when sending in the DS230. Does the NVC send RFEs or might we get just a denial of the application? Will I have a chance to correct the mistake? :bonk::crying:
