DS-3032 does a minor need to sign it?

Hello everybody, I haven't been able to find my answer so decided to post it (sorry if posted already). Does a minor need to sign his/her DS-3032 and any other documents related to CP? I am just wondering if one of the parents can do it, as a background, I filed for my step-children and trying to figure these things out before we get NOA 2's.

The parent of the child can sing on their behalf, just be sure to place mother/father underneath siggy. How old is the child?

is the other parent still living? Has he/she given permission for th ekids to immigrate? You will need the custody doc or a notorized letter when you get to the DS-230 stage. Also if the other parent is living the children will need permission to leave to colombia with only one or no parent. See info here
