Hi all,

I tried to find details by searching the forum but I had no luck so here is my question:

On the USCIS Website, the I-134 Form available for download is the one that expires on 05/31/2010.

We will have to fill in the form in order to get ready for our K1 interview and I was wondering if that form was still the one to use despite the expired date?

Cheers

The current edition is 10/30/2008 (which has the 5/30/2010 exp date).

Don't overthink it, this is the current and acceptable form to use until an updated one is posted on the USCIS website. It also states that prior versions are also acceptable so fill it up and no worries
