Contact YOUR EMPLOYER OR SCHOOL in Malaysia, and ask THEM to contact the National Police Office in Kuala Lumpur, and APPLY for the certificate on your behalf.

You were there for a reason, right? Someone else 'got you there' in Malaysia, yes? Contact that 'someone', ask for assistance.

The HR department (if an employer) can get these within 2 weeks, and the Foreign Students Office at any uni in Malaysia can get it in about 3 weeks.

If you have no contacts, though - sorry. You need to make some, soonish.

Be careful of the dis n dat, though. Seriously.

right - 'that office' will get it for you, on your behalf. You might have to pay a handling charge, so heads up.

the school will contact the ministry of foreign affairs, get the paperwork, on your behalf. But - this isn't easy - you have to find the right person at the school that knows how to do it.

Good Luck !
