How do I prepare a clear cover letter for my case

Cover letters are not necessary or required.

I recommend you make yourself a checklist of everything that goes into the package, and if you like, include that. However the USCIS won't care either way.

okay, but all this 3 Forms go in one package only correct?

How do I separate them,

How do I arrange checks, do I put all 3 checks on the top..or arrange them in in 3 different parts..

Just trying to make it easier for USCIS

Yes all three forms go in the one package. We attached the check to the front of the page with a paperclip (we didnt do EAD and AP, but we would have attached those checks to the front of each of their forms as well if we did). You can put rubber bands around each of the 3 packets to separate them.
