When I called the USCIS number at the bottom of my transfer notice, I was told my case is being processed. And that I would have to wait 180 days from the date of my transfer notice for an update. It didnt make sense, Im in the process of trying to contact and speak with an actual person. I would recommend calling or an making an info pass appointment as well. The only reason why I am unable to make an infopass is because the office is over an hour away, and at this time I do not have a way of getting there.

My AOS is over 6 mos now and it was transferred to CSC,after 6 mos there was an update but for 3 days but still on initial review.What am gonna do now?i never tried to contact them and ask what's going on?

I filed my I485 & I765 at the beginning of May. Like many others my I485 was transfered to CSC, however I received no NOA that my I765 was transfered. Is this normal?

I've no reason to think there's any problem but I notice that the I765 hasn't been 'touched' since 27th May ( the day after my biometrics).

I've no reason to think there's any problem but I notice that the I765 hasn't been 'touched' since 27th May ( the day after my biometrics).

No worries at all, same thing happened to us. We just got movement on our I-765 after nothing since like May 3rd...we received notification that our AOS was approved the day before so go figure... :wacko:

Greencard received yesterday!!! after transferring to CSC and no interview and RFE, its almost 6 months and 2 weeks i have waited but its worth it and very happy!!!

It would be so awesome for any of us to hear something after the holiday :thumbs:

I have the exact same transfer date as you....no word. It's so depressing to see people who were transferred in May getting approved and nothing for us. Do you think our packages got lost in transit or misplaced somehow? I'm going to try to call tomorrow even though it hasn't quite been 180 days.

This is ridiculous. We missed our SSN window so my husband can't even drive, let alone work. Very frustrating.
