Is this exact wording you received in the email from the Consular?

The reason why I am asking is because the grammar and spelling is off. Very un-professional for a US government agency.

Yes it is. I was a bit surprised too. I will see if that was a valid response once the tracking number shows as shipped.

If we spell incorrectly in the USA, why not in a foreign country?? I am sure they are not hiring American Natives to do all their work.

MINME, be positive and keep all documents for records.. that is your proof

[did I spell everything right?]

DoneWaiting, since you responded with this smart### post, I will clearify my statement so you can better understand why I was pointing this out to the OP. But first let me state, if this is the norm for this embassy to be sending information out in an un-professional manner, then by all means proceed as normal. I posted my question and concern, so the OP could make sure that the email message he had received was from a credible email address since the message being sent back was sloppy.

WHY do I bothering with assisting anyone with small details that most people will over-look. I think my days of assisting others is truly over, I can't deal with the pettiness that comes from small mined people such as ^^^^.

FYI, most scam emails or mis-directed emails have errors in them, generally that is how you can determine if an email is not credible.

It's hard to say. We do see occasional spelling errors in USCIS documents, even domestically. My GC Welcome notice informed me that I "must cary" my GC at all times :)

I think you misunderstood my post - I meant to say that the package was sent. It was legit...
