anywho,.. I'm very confuse now as to what kind of application i would have to fill out,.. is it IR1 and CR1 or I-485?

How long will it take to process and will I be able to work while waiting for approval ???

When my K-1 visa expires, Am i allowed to stay till we apply for what necessary document I have to file?

I'm so confuse right now my head is spinning from all the reading I am doing ) please help,.. yet again ,.. thanks!

It would help if you would fill in your timeline, but assuming that you came to the US on a K1 visa, you need to adjust your status. The Cr1 and IR1 are for for people who want to move to the US who are married to a USC or LPR; from what you said I believe that you are already in the United States, so they would not apply to you. Read the guide for how to adjust your status after the K1, which does include the I 485, amongst other forms.

ok,.. I'm now done filling up paper works and is now confused about the fees,.. is it really $1010? or we still have to pay additional fees for other applications we filled out?

We have G-325a,I-864,I-485, I-765,I-131 and G-1145.

it is really 1010.

fees for AP and EAD are waved, when these forms are FILED TOGETHER with the I-485.
