How much water do you drink in a day?

Just curious. I drink about 2 liters and pee about 2487 times a day.

I drink loads of water.....it actually cured me of chronic fatique...but yeh I pee like a horse too....

Depends on how I feel. Some days none. Some days as much as 4 liters. If I feel bad, I drink water. The worse I feel, the more I drink. I'm convinced that every time I pee, I get rid of a little of whatever it is that ails me.

I drink 3-5 8 ounce glasses.... in the beginning I peed a lot but now my body has become accostomed to it.

I don't know in cups, I go by glasses... I'd guess a glass would be 2 cups? I TRY to drink 4 glasses a day, but it's been hard to do lately.

Somedays I drink about 3 litres other days, especially when I am at home funny enough, only about 6 glasses. When I am in work I have no trouble drinking loads, must be because everytime I want the loo it gets me out of the office

I find it easier to use 16oz glasses, because 4 seems less intimidating than 8. Even better, try finding a water bottle that's at least 16oz and carry it all over the place with you. It'll go easier if you sip little by little it all day.

Usually 2 pints a day and I try to get them all in before 10pm so I'm not up n down all night to the loo - still usually get up twice grr
