Just checking to see how many are left from March??? God I wish there was somewhy to get an answer on our process. I fear they have lost our case.

Removing Conditions

May 29 2009 - Vermont received I-751

June 01 2009 - NOA

July 13 2009 - Biometric

Oct 22 2009 - E-mail - card ordered

Oct 23 2009 - Received letter - approval date 10/19.

I am still here, and no touches since July 13th :help:

Keep hoping that the next time I check my status, my email or my snail mail

something will happen...no such luck

OUR K-3 INTERVIEW WAS ON NOV. 1ST @ 10:00!!!

VISA APPROVED!!!

WE ARRIVE IN THE USA ON NOV. 10TH!!!

We're waiting for our I-130CR-1 interview to be scheduled but haven't heard anything about the I-129F since receiving the IMBRA RFE.

Best wishes for everyone with March cases. I hope you all get some good news very soon. :thumbs:
