Phone records, emails, time spent together (provable with plane trips, pictures, bus tickets, etc.), letters, presents (with receipt), money transfers (to the person living abroad), affidavits from people who know both of you, etc. If you were married things like joint bank accounts can help. Other than perhaps time together, there is no one determining factor, but rather a combination. Other than having spent time together within the last two years for the K1, a lack of certain evidence will not cause denial, just like including a certain type of evidence will not automatically cause approval. Its the combination.

This is a good list of overall evidence. "Primary" evidence is generally considered to be passport stamps, travel records, luggage receipts, and similar. Many here would recommend not including money transfers, however, for reasons stated in multiple threads.

I think for a CR1 visa money transfers may help, but since the OP is a K1 it may actually hurt. I have also heard that affidavits can hurt if not done in the right way, because if done by family members of the immigrate, the consulate may believe that they will want to follow the immigrant to the US. Affidavits from US citizens are best.

since your beneficiary is from the Philippines,I heard that the USEM CO are asking some finacial support evidence from the Petitioner like money transfer,,,..i guess maybe thats how they know the trademark of the Filipino ....its just a thought....but evry US embassy is different....

pictures together, plane tickets, bus tickets, hotel receipts, i even included recorded skype voice calls on a cd, screen shots of the two of you video chatting together, emails, chat history, phone bills, there is way too many to mention,

Furthermore, CDs and electronic media will NOT be seen or accepted by the embassy/consulate, at least when they're brought in person.

that's what i included and it is very clear that we got approved, you know what, based from my own experience, its always better to supply them with more evidence than what is needed, we decided to include cd just to show them that we really do have a relationship and IT GOT ACCEPTED, i know it was a little bit too much but we just wanted to make sure, and we got approved really fast with no problem, how's that?

It's OK, often even preferable, to provide more than what is needed. Are you saying that you mailed the CD with your petition? If so, how do you know that the CD wasn't thrown out when it reached USCIS, or that it reached the embassy and was accepted or viewed there? Or, are you saying that you presented the CD at the embassy interview and it was accepted there?
