he did not went over my evidence in the end he just asked me if i wanna submit anything else and i asked him if he wants my tax returns oder w2 and he said no we dont need that...and i said ok then u should have everything and he said yeah look i have the pictures u sent and everything else too..and i said yes and i guess u read the affidavit from my mom in law and he said yes sure if i have any kind of question i saw her number is on it and i can call her and i said u sure can do that she is a nice lady and we are still in contacts and friends...so thats it...in the end he asked if i had any questions and i said yes..and i made a kind of funny joke..i said in case u denied me because of "germany lost the war" what can i do then..and he laughed and said well that will be not come in my consideration that u guys lost the war and i said wow lucky me hehe..so he could smile in the end hehe

what really shocked me was following scenario..i came on the parkinglot and smoked the 20th cigarette in this morning and a couple was there to and we start a conversation and they stated completly relaxed that he is gay and she just wanna have the greencard and paid him money for that..i said aeh excuse me...i said i really dont wanna hear anything about it...i was shocked i mean i know that things like that happen but why are people so crazy and telling others about it..so they got called in before me and they came out after 30 minits and they did not look happy and said that they aksed him where his wife worked in nigeria and he couldnt answer..so they called him back at 1 pm for a second interview..i was just sitting there and did not know what to do..the one part was thinking ok u need to tell the officer but the other was just thinking ok forget about it..and god will do his justice...but it reallye shocked me

my NoA was 06/28/2010 until now 07/27/2010, I still didn't receive the Biometric letter. I worried. I called the 800 on receipt but case is not found. Please advice what i should do.

Ps: i751 waiver, dissolute marriage.

You should place a Service Request regarding your biometrics. There was a glitch in their system that caused a lot of headache and it looks like you are in group of people who are affected, but nonetheless, give them another call, place a service request, and if it doesn't go as smoothly as you want, ask to talk to a supervisor... they will be more willing to help.

yep..i had the same problem...just call them and they send u then a letter with the appointment...

i check my case status daily but its wierd its still standing unter initial review...it did not even forward to the interview and testing part even if iam done with my interview..thats really wierd...

so iam still praying....when i look back to my aos i had the interview on march 3th and on the approval letterdate was march 4th and i had the letter in mail on march 9th...so i should hear something by next week...

From this morning, my case status is displaying only 4 steps (Acceptance, Initial Review, Decision, and Post Decision Activity). However, yesterday it had RFE and Testing and Interview steps too. I am wondering does it mean anything or just a technical glitch? Anybody has more information??
