here's the answer for my second service request:

Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times

The status of this service request is:

On 05/26/2016, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

We have placed your case on a processing hold because the required security checks remain pending. Until we receive the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward on your case. We require the results of security checks before we make a decision on any pending case.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
We cannot predict when we will receive the results of these security checks. Please be assured that we will make every effort to make a decision in your case as soon as the security checks are complete.

so no timeframe or anything still :/

This was a waiver case.

I did not get any RFE or Interview.

Done and approved.

Got there at about 8am and was called in at 8.15am. The officer first started with my I-751 extreme hardship waiver. I was fretting about that but he asked very simple questions on it. Just about my prior marriage and whether I was circumventing the NTA I received by filing extreme hardship waiver. (I had been denied in 2011 and received an NTA) I told him I filed it based on the facts in the file and I was within my rights to file a hardship waiver if I have enough evidence and anytime before my NTA is filed in court. The NTA was never filed. He smiled and said that was true. He then said it looks good and we moved to the N400 which was approved as well.

yeaayyyy mananto, congratulationsssssssssssss i'm so happy for you!!

you received the deny in 2011 and you just passed the interview so you were waiting for 5 years, i'm just concern because i received the deny in june 2015, now it's been one year i'm still waiting for the immigration court and i didn't hear anything from them.

also what document did you present to renew your driver license? and also for the work authorization?

last question please: for the citizenship when did you apply before you complete 5 years or after?

thanks in advance and congratulations one more time!
