I filed on 08/28/2015. divorce waiver. I requested an update two weeks ago and got a notice saying I should hear back from them within 45 days.

mananto are you sure you can file for citizenship? Was it 5 years since you received your first GC based on marriage?

After Divorce there is no more 3 years to file citizenship, it becomes 5 years as for regular GC holder.

Yes, Its been over 5 years for me.

Good luck to everyone guys!

Rhonda Byrne "Power" and "Magic" are 2 great books to read while waiting.

Hopefully another month or two until I hear anything from USCIS.

05/2006- arrived at JFK with J1

2007-applied for F1

05/2012-got married

10/2012- applied for GC

2/20/2013 - Interview

09/2013- CGC approved

10/2013- received GC in the mail.

ROC

10/31/2015 I-751 Waiver sent (almost month and a half late)

11/02/2015 NOA

12/03/2015 Biometrics

06/02/2016 RFE received (dated 05/27/2016)

07/05/2016 RFE sent (delivered 07/08/2016)

07/18/2016 New card ordered

07/25/2016 approval letter + tracking number

07/26/2016 Received GC

Hey Roc waiver filers , i have been looking for long for this thread and finally here, im in the same boat filed with roc waiver at october 5 , did biometrics november 2,, i got no update on my case until now , should it take more than Roc filer jointly ? Or its about same timeline?

@sasafan: Finally found someone around the same timeline as mine. I filed on Oct 6 and did biometrics nov 2. No updates yet for me.

Any news from you krystof? Still nothing here, its been 10 months since i filed my waiver.

@diabloz. I read somewhere 6-12 months is the processing time after fingerprinting is done. Good Luck

Im so glad that we share the same timeline ,i hope we get update in may , but is it normal that no RFE till now or it is better im confused .good luck for all of us
