my marriage is ended too sooner after i get my 2 years green card . i filled to remove the condition of green card i751 i have recieded the extention letter fot one year and i recieded a notice to do the biomertic in 13-20-2013 please let me know what happened to your case . zjakallah kher and may allah hepl you inshallah through this .

I received an rfe for more evidences, didn't replied to it yet as I don't have that many evidences due to the very short marriage. Whatever I had it, I sent them with i751 package. Just got few more documents with me, so planning to send them. I spoke to my attorney yesterday regarding this and he said the same to me that send them whatever I have it and also that we will draft a statement to the USCIS challenging that we have send all the documents and as the marriage was short but entered in a good faith and the documents which we sent clearly indicates that the marriage was entered in a good faith.. but due to the short marriage I could not have enough evidences. Well... Personally, I'm not a waiver filer and I'm not familiar with divorce process.

I just tried to help updating the list and I'm not sure if this thread is still active or not so... Sorry, I can't help you...

For all those interested, here's a quick timeline;

USCIS interview - 01/24/13.

Received an e-mail on 02/04/2013 at 0915ET stated that production of my new card had been ordered.

Received an e-mail on 02/04/2013 at 2030ET stated that production of my new card had been ordered.

Received an e-mail on 02/06/2013 at 0600ET stating my new card had been mailed to me.

Received an e-mail on 02/06/2013 at 1730ET giving me the tracking number for my new card of 'DCN' - clearly it didn't work.

Received my green card in the mail.

Received an e-mail on 02/06/2013 at 2030ET stating that my card had been delivered to my address.

send package 02-14- 13.. received notice 02-19-13 one year extension . biometric done 03-20-13.add me in the waiver filers timeline Vermont center.
