My cases was touched (last updated is 9/12/2010) but didn't receive any notifications in the email. I updated my address almost 10 days ago, could that be the reason why it is touched or am I going to be receiving something from them?

Thanks

* Got married in August 2008

* initial interview in March 2009

* Green card received in May 2009

* Divorce January 2010

* I-751 filed April 27 of 2010

* Biometrics was supposed to be July 1st but I did a walk-in June 16 2010

* I don't know what's next

Do you mean 8/12? It could be anything, you really cant say anything although you would hope it is something to do with your approval than the address

yes sorry I meant 8/12 :) for a second I thought we're in September.

Regardless, I hope this touch means something good.

I-751 Approved.

8/12/08 conditional GC

5/3/10 filed I-751, divorce waiver

5/6/10 uscis received

7/6/10 fingerprint done

8/9/10 approved

We have a child. It seems that uscis holds the application till your conditional GC is about to expire. I did some research, it does apply to many people including me.

Thanks, all you guys who keep contributing fantastic information on this board!

This is so sad. All I see is Divorce Waviers. This immigration process and packing your life up isnt as easy as people think it is. I have been in the USA now 5 years and still adjusting.

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Yes, being the only non-divorce waiver in our group here does make you feel a bit lonely. But I'd rather have everyone get divorced than widowed.

I saw you're the last to respond to the thread and thought "wow JustMeNow finally got approved!" But God Willing you'll get approved sooner than you think. Hang in there :)

That is so nice of you, thank you for the good thoughts, Okalian! Perhaps the issue with my mission bio appointment will turn out to be that they're not requiring them (since the last ones were less than 15 months ago) and that I'll get their decision soon. That would be neat. Thanks again. :-)

How does one know they have been approved? Once you get the "card production ordered" status online, is it definite that one has been approved?

Yes...
