Most probably that officer has access to the same information as online - so I doubt they have access to the most recent information regarding your application. I would wait a little more and not worry this much since they are slow in every aspect of this process.

she told me that she has more accsses then the public information we get on the computer..i talked not to a hotline person i talked to an immigration officer she answered the phone with this is officer bla bla...so she said that the case is still pending and she would see if it got approved and its not..she said its possible that they still run my backgroundcheck because that can need 2-3 month and then she said that the ROCs can need up to one year and i told her i saw cases approved in 3 month and she said i did not see one roc approved in 3 month and i said i saw it in the forum..so she said u have to wait..that was it

That already shows you she is looking at her outlook calendar or something else while talking to you. This forum is proof that they approve in 3 months and the fact that she is denying it means that she either is telling you a generalized answer.

Here's what I can say - if they wanted to deny, they would've already made the decision.
