Does 1-864 need picture to be attached with it and what size? This is for my primary sponsor (my USC husband) and my co-sponsor 1-864 form. Second, Is it ok the ITR and W2 and paystubs are all xerox copy? Thanks...

No pictures needed to be attached on I-864.

Copies of 3 years tax returns and W2's.

Copies of paystubs.

Copies of proof of citizenship status of sponsor and co-sponsor. (BC or passport)

No picture is needed for the I-864 form. Depending on the country on how many tax forms is require. As on the instructions of the I-864 it state the most recent one is require other two are optional. I believe the Philippines only require one but you should go ahead and use three

If you are using photo copies of your tax return you will need copies of your W-2, if you are sending in tax transcripts you only need the transcript.

Copy of pay stubs are good. You should also get a verification letter from your employment stating your position and salary

It will help if we knew what type of visa you are filing for but it will be the beneficiary or the person immigration to the USA
