I walked up to the fruit & veg shop to get some stuff and the guy had the best looking mushrooms I've seen in awhile so I'm making stuffed mushrooms for lunch. they're in the oven now but I ate the leftover stuffing and now I'm full

I also got strawberries, apricots, and plums mmmmm

no real recipe. I used portobello mushrooms. I chopped up the stems and took out the gills. then I put in some cheese, spinach, garlic, chopped stems, breadcrumbs.

What kind of cheese? And did you cook the spinach first?

oh and I put onion too. yeah I just quickly wilted the spinach first and added in the sauteed onion and garlic to it. then I put some parmesan cheese cos that's what I had.

I think it would be good with ricotta or feta too

yup. I baked them for like 25 mins at 180c umm...I think that's like 350f

ok yup just checked it's 356
