0h dear G-d.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I love puff pastry, you can do so much with it.

Having a friend popping in in the afternoon and you want something sweet: just pour sugar on the place where you roll the puff pastry, lay the dough on top, roll, turn the dough, roll again, cut in stripes and bake

want a cheesy snack: do the same, but not with sugar but shredded swiss cheese, sprinkle with paprika after baking

Tip: Always use parchment paper on a cookie sheet for baking

Thanks for the tip. Although puff pastry fascinates me, I am a puff pastry noob. What brand do you usually buy? I did a quick google search and I found that pepperidge farms make them. Also, if phyllo sheets found in the freezer section different from puff pastry dough?

the only puff pastry I can get here is the pepperidge farm one, it's really good.

Phyllo is different, never baked with that stuff. puff pastry is practically made the same way, but I think phyllo has some stuff (spices, vinegar?) in it. It's normally used in Greece, Turkey etc. Puff pastry is used in France and German speaking countries.

the basic phyllo is the same as puff pastry, but depending on the purpose of it they add stuff like spices, vinegar and such. I would go with the puff pastry
