Still my favourite philosopher, no wonder I married her. :thumbs::luv: :luv: :luv: Of course, if I do what I did tonight, my darling Wifey, kindly slap the back of my head until I wise up. Bustin' my backside on the bike for 47 minutes (just in case I slack off for the last two minutes, dontcha know) with no fan and 95F heat dressed only in a pair of thick track pants, a close-knit shirt and heavy wool socks because I called the Fredster a wuss for being afraid of a little heat and humidity. Peeling my shirt off and being barely able to stand up in the shower afterwards was just priceless. :( :( :(

I know that I get uber-annoying at times, and I know that I have been blessed, like almost no one else. But, I have had my bad times, and really bad. I always know that they are short-lived, and all I have to do is have a positive attitude. I have many friends, and all of them (like you all do) help me through the black times. I am thankful for this.

Yes, some of are depressed but have you forgot the supplications and who it is that answers them? :innocent: :innocent: :innocent: I'm barely holding on but I haven't given up hope and I never will. This is a form of therapy and its value and import can never be overestimated.

Worrying that you are going to end up like Korey Stringer while taking a very cold shower is not my idea of intelligent but I'm alive and that's all that matters. Maybe tomorrow I'll put on the sholder pads and helmet and cycle. :P

I just want to hear about your progess. This I haven't heard in your posts. I have only heard laments from you (understandable) and others (understandable). What is your simple plan, on anything, including tomorrow?

I'm going to keep on exercising. I'm also going to get some help for my problem. I changed the time that I got up to get back on track and I realized that mentally I may not be where I imagined that I'd be. I thought that I was ready to move on, but I'm not. It looks like I'm going to need some help.

I know you care and I love to death as well. I haven't given up. I am starting to realize that I'm not well. I am exhibiting all the symptoms of grief-induced clinical depression. My behaviour has been atrocious. Seriously having homicidal thoughts for no reason, scared me once my mind cleared up. I am going to get help or I WILL end up killing someone. I am not a violent person, so this is totally out of character for me. My siblings have told me that I am acting in a manner that is far different from how I normally act.
