Yep. I noticed that the lowfat & 2% cheese doesn't melt that well but it's better than nothing. It tastes pretty good though, I buy the low fat shredded cheddar.

Today I'm making Chinese food. My chinese friend gave me a recipe for really good fried rice & I'm making beef & broccoli. We'll see how it comes out.
