But according to the doc I should weigh approx 70 lbs less than I do now. I'll settle for 50. It's gonna take a while.

I agree with him though, diabetes runs in my family and I have to do this to lower my chances of getting it. Obesity runs in my family too.... sux! I'm on the lighter side compared to everyone else though.
