Tell her to call the IRS and get her tax transcripts. All she will need are tax transcripts, but make sure that they are the long onese that have all the information needed. Have her get the last three; they are free. Does she meet the income requirement?

She doesn't need anything. What she has is what's required by NVC. Transcripts are required when you don't have tax return copies available. Otherwire, transcripts are optional. Read number 25. in the form I-864.

Make sure her income is enough and that she doesn't need a co-sponsor. I attached a PDF file for powerty guidelines.

As always, when in doubt, call NVC and explain the situation. It doesn't hurt, and they will be more than happy to help you out.

Good luck
