Goodmorning people, We have a question for you all, what is the packet 3, and what do we have to do with it, we are hoping to get the CR-1 visa soon so I can be with my wife. I know its part of the Consulate process, any commemnt will be much appreciated. Thank you all and God bless!!!! :thumbs::yes:

According to your timeline, you're finished with packet 3 -- it's the IV Application (DS 230). Packet 4 is the interview letter.

An interview letter will not arrive. In Costa Rica, they will call you. You pick up the packet and then call to make your own interview appointment. It is much nicer than a lot of other countries!
