S of a B! i just got back after 8 hours driving from my doctor 400 miles away to see our attorneys legal guy whos handling our case got a NOID letter from CVC! if i new how to cut and paste id paste what it says. but i dont so ill explain and see what ya'll think.

says the director of calif cvc (or is it uscis?) intends to deny our k-1 petition. then it has parts of the Immig and Nationality Act in it.

8 CFR 103.2 (b) (16) (i) says we have a few weeks to rebut the findings.

8 CFR 204.2 (a) (1) (ii) says at the end "evidence of the attempt at conspiracy must be contained in the aliens file.

Section 204 © says; USCIS has becum aware of info that is detrimental to the benefit being sought. DUH?? we told them all this 13 months ago when we filed!!! ...says...'89 filed k-1, married '90, divorced 2000, from her aunt.

2000 filed k-1, married 2001, her cousin, divorced 2008. may 2009 filed k-1, and it has friggin sat there 13 months for them to realize i was married to her aunt then cousin! i told them that up front. im not hiding anything! is it illegal to fall for 3 from same family?

then it says...the petitioner has shown that his intentions in marrying these individuals belonging to the same family are for the sole purpose of obtaining immigration benefits for them.

OK so now our legal aid guy has talked to the real attorney, his boss, Allan Lolly and assoc,(fiancevisas.com) to see whats our next move. ill call him in the morning cuz theyre closed now. so all you whiz-kids out there, help us out here. theres a TON of evidence they havent even seen or considered. see previous posts about my trips there and our scrapbook of stuff. if my previous 2 marrigas (im so p'd off i cant even type!!) were shams then why did the 1st last 10 years? and the 2nd last 7?? if they were shams wouldnt they have left as soon as they got their green cards? would they have stayed with me about 7 and 4 years more, respectively? i doubt it. its not my fault i fell in love with 3 ladies from the same damn family! why did they end? ok, the first, our love fizzled out peacefully then she met a guy from her country (yes, young and cute) who it turned out DID marry her just for his greencard cuz they split as soon as he got it. and i met and fell in love with her cousin. that one lasted 7 years married until she began having a secret affair and just disappeared one nite and moved in w/ her USC lover. (i had no idea we had any problems) then this one, bindu, whom i have known for many years helped me thru my anguish online nitely and we fell in love online, and i went to spend xmas '08-'09 with her and her family, and proposed/engaged dec 22, '08. hired an attorney cuz i knew this mite happen for $1800 in addition to file fee's etc.. filed this k-1 in feb'09 i think, noa1 may 14 '09, where it has sat ever since. i have been over to see bindu 3 more times for 1-2 months each time since then. just returned 3 weeks ago. (see old posts) Bindu's aunt lives 150 miles from here and none of us speak. the cousin lives in dallas with her affair boy and i have no idea how to contact her nor would i.

it makes me so mad they havent even looked at all our evidence, just assume "SHAM"! its BS! so now we'll have to see what atty says to do. hell ill fly to california with our evidence if they want! so read my posts from before and give some supportive advice. if youre gonna flame or ###### at me then dont bother replying cuz ive had all i can take already.

Hi I don't have much advice to offer I just wanted to tell you I am sorry for your situation. But you have the lawyer on the case and hopefully they can help you in the allotted time the CSC has given you to respond back to the impending denial.

I can see why they might have done this. Regardless of how long your relationships were with the previous family members it would seem obviously suspicious to them. It is a unique situation and perhaps someone on VJ with a similar experience will find this post and be able to assist you better. But until then read over the letter they sent you carefully and inform your lawyer and see what their advice is and keep pushing.

I hope all is resolved for you.

All of the stuff you submitted, up front, on I-129F submittal (for this current case)

re-prep all. Rewrite yer cover letters.

I can understand USCIS's pov, though - apparently they think yer bringing in the family on 3 marriages.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

the boss attorney called me today, just as i was sitting here printing out zillions of copies of emails and IM's between us. he said they're probably gonna deny us based on my history and we need to show them we're serious and will appeal as far as we can and that i gotta go out in the garage and dig thru all stuff from 10-15 years ago to find papers/pix to prove that all my marriages haven't been f'in shams! and that i need to rewrite a story detailing all sheeit from when i met my first k-1 wife, thru greencard, thru divorce, second one, thru greencard, thru divorce, and now number 3. doesnt look good but we're gonna appeal anyway, and heck, theres always that thatch hut in thailand. just hope we'd have enuf baht ($) for "Air-Con"!
