1 month to interview 13.Beneficiary has Interview at U.S. Embassy Beneficiary has interview at U.S. Embassy for K-1 visa. All being well case is approved. K-1 visa will be issued either the same day or within the next week depending on the embassy with some exceptions.

From the flowchart, I'm gathering that the average is one month.

I know not everyone's case is the same, so I wanted to get some feedback.

We are sending the package tomorrow!! yes.gif

What I'm trying to find out is how far in advance I(USC) can ask off from work to be able to attend the interview with my fiance.

Thanks for your help!rose.gif

Congrats on getting your packet done!! I know you guys have been working on this moment for a long time.

It was 4 weeks for us, and that's pretty much the norm. Hopefully some people who have gone through Caracas recently will give you a more specific answer.

Good luck! I hope everything moves smoothly and swiftly for you both. :)

this would be a great time to study the timelines - and the statistical data that resides there.

see http://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.php?country=Venezuela

then click on 'K-1 Visa' under the timeline section, on the left.

You can sort data on any column there, but ya gotta click something.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
