Dear Sirs

I need an advise about a case that happens 10 years ego.

My name is Jorge Guerrero, I had a Student visa and turism Visa in 1993. I graduated in Coconut Creek High School, USA in 1997, I never been arrested all my for years as a student, my backgraound was great. After I graduated I came back to Venezuela before my student visa get expires, I did right steps on legal terms so that way I came come back to USA without any issues as a Visitor.

In 1998 I get married in Venezuela and we decided to come to Miami for honey moon and to look for college information. My wife and I had a B1/B2 Visa. For some reason and becouse we were very young people around us(family, friendsetc) told as to go separate. We wen to Miami on 06/12/1998 and the officer of Inmigration stamp us our visa for 6 monts. Before we get out for the irpor another officer put my wife away to register her Suitcases and they found a letter that said that we will stay in USA to see if we can live, work and stady. I was like beside of her and they took her by her amrs like a criminal and that momento I told then to please don hurt her "I ´M HER HUSBAND".

The took us to a Inmigration Oficcer and we told the truth, that we are married. The officer cancelled our Turims Visa for 1 years in the section 212 (a)(7)(A)(i)(I) and we sign a paper it says (TO BE COMPLETE BY ALIEN WHEN APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION WITHDRAWN) its is a voluntary withdraw. They returns us to Venezuela the next day.

Has been pass more than 10 years, in those ten years I try ti apply as a Student to get F-1 Visa and my wife F-2, I bee accepted two time in community colleges in Miami and two time the Embassy of USA hasvee refuse our visa. That was in 2006.

Today we are trying to apply for Turismo visa and we want to know I we sholud do? A Lawye charge me $3.500 and we do not have that kind of money. I call the INS in Miami and they told me that I have to speak with the Emassy of USA in Venezuela. I do not know if I have to bring a I-212 to the embassy or apply normally but I ´m afreid thta we are in the data base of the INS.

Please I requestin help, any advise about it.

Thanks

Jorge Guerrero

Pardon, what means 'hasvee' ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I feel you lied to immigration officer and they found evidence in your suitcase that you were planning to live there for ever.

You had a tourist visa and same time you were carrying documents to settle in US, which is wrong.

So I feel they got in system you have lied on one occasion and you are looking to settle in US.
