Hello everyone,

I'm brand new to this site and wanted to know if anyone out there filed their I-130 in Feb/March 2010? We sent ours on/about Feb 22. They received it on the 25 and our NOA1 is dated March 4th. Our case was touched April 19th but I haven't heard since. Has anyone with similar dates gotten their NOA2? Also, my DH filed from Florida but our case got sent to the California Service Center. Is that because the Texas Service Center is backlogged? It's been 3 months and though I know this process takes a long time, I just want to know if people are starting to get their NOA2. I want it sooo badly!! :P

10/11/2010: IIN received

CR-1 -- California Service Center -- Mumbai Consulate, India

16th March 2010: I130 sent
25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013

NOA1: Nov 4th 2013

Letter for Biometrics recievied with Appt on 12/09/2013: Nov 18th 2013

Biometrics done: Nov 22nd 2013

In line for Interview: Dec 27th 2013

Interview letter received: May 24th 2014

Interview Date: June 26th 2014

Oath Date: November 23rd (After numerous calls and Info pass inquiries to USCIS)

US Passport received: December 12th 2014

Filed for Parents - IR5

NOA1: April 2nd 2015

NOA2: August 19th 2015

Go to edit your profile then go to change your signature. Then put your time line...you can make it up if you'd like...in your signature.

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Put it in your signature. Settings - Profiles and Change signature. Enter it there and change it whenever something changes.

Don't type it in for your signature, actually fill our the VJ timeline. But clicking your user name on the upper right hand corner then clicking "my timeline (add/edi)" Update your timeline helps you and helps us also. So do it ASAP. Thank you. And good luck, mate.

It takes about 3 months. I sent in a k-3 application as it didn't cost anything, but it kinda forces them to approve the CR-1 applicaiton as they don't like to give anyone K-3's anymore.

There IS a timeline chart system here - you might want to drill around, find it, and start using it to get some gist of prior folk and Feb/March folk, as well. All columns are sortable, so it's really useful.

I like to see China-bound folk, so I use the timeline function in the portal, you could do the same with folk 'homed' to your country, as well.

K-3 is when beneficiary will travel to USA and files for ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS. Medical exam and green card interview will be done in USA. To aquire K-3 visa beneficiary has to go to nearest consulate for an interview.

CR-1 - Everything happens in the country of beneficiary's citizenship.

I-130 (IR-1) TIMELINE [MUMBAI CONSULATE]
07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Another question: The marriage certificate that they give here in san pedro sula is in spanish. Has anyone had any problems submitting the form I 130 with a marriage certificate in spanish, does it need to be translated to english?

Do you need to send passport photos and completed form G325 if applying for K3 visa with form I 130??

You should have everything translated into English.

You also have to send G325A with I130. No exception on VISA type. Also, yes on photo.
