i filled for my husaband .... and manwhile i am also giving sponor to my brother's wife beacuse of my brother's has low income so can any one help to fill out I-864A question no 8 which is below which option i have to fill out

8) reltionship to sponsor

a. i am the intending immigrant and also the sponsor's spouse

b. i am the intending immigrand and also a member of the sponsor;s houslod

c i am not intending immigrant, iam the sponsor;s houshold member, i am related to the sponsor as his/her * sopuse, *son or daughter, *parents, * brother sister, *other

4/01/10- File 130

4/14/10 - Recived NO1

09/30/10 -reccived NO2

10/07/10 –NVC received the file

10/13/10 - NVC case # generated

10/14/10 - Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC

10/24/10 - recived AOS and DS-3032 from NVC By email format

10/24/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/26/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/28/10 - IV fee bill generated

11/02/10 - IV Fee PAYED AND RECIVED BARCODE Coversheet

11/02/10 - Sent DS-230 NVC.

11/03/10 - NVC Recived

11/16/10 - Recived RFE from NVC Missing Documnet for I-864

11/22/10 - sent Missing Documnet ot NVC and NVC recived 11/23/2010

12/06/10 - Today they have it in system and they review it and will take time ???//

12/14/10 - Sign in fail

Consulate

01/03/11: Interview scheduled by NVC

01/25/11: VFS office visit

01/18/11: Medical

02/04/11: got visa ......

??/??/??: POE

??/??/??: Welcome Letter & Green Card

Do you live with your brother? If yes, you select c. I am not the intending immigrant. I am the sponsor's household member. I am

related to the sponsor as his/her.Then select: Brother or sister.

Make sure you and your brother both sign the form.

November 16, 2009: Sign-in Failed!!
November 16, 2009: December interviews already scheduled. Operator told me to wait for a possible January interview date. Call back in the 2nd week of December
November 30, 2009: Been trying to call NVC but line busy since late after noon. Finally, got email appointment letter from NVC with the Interview date of January 19, 2010. Yeppe Alhamdulillah>
December 24, 2009: Medical Done and report recieved the same day.
January 11, 2010: Medical submitted at VFS. They asked for: Copy of Packet 3, Appointment letter, and Passport. They told her to take a copy of I-864 and the documents submitted with it, at the time of interview with other proof of relationship documents.
January 19, 2010: VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 21, 2010: Visa recieved in mail (Package included passport with visa stamped, sealed big brown envelop to be submitted at POE immigration at the airport, and instructions to apply for SS Card)

USA
February 07, 2010: POE Chicago --> Very easy, within 45 minutes
March 02, 2010: SS Card recieved in mail. Welcome letter recieved in mail as well
March 13, 2010: GC Recieved in mail

January 29, 2015: N-400 Application submitted

03/25/2010: Called NVC .. INTERVIEW May 27 @ 7:45!! Woot Woot

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

09/01/2010: POE JFK

Correct. If you are not living with your brother, then you need to file out I-864 as a co-sponsor.
