reschedule biometrics

i had to reschedule my biometrics appoitment, as the letter says i need to send the original to reschedule. its been 2 weeks since i sent the rescheduling and havent heard anything from them since then i am so worried. i am using the certify mail and i check them its delivered.

what should i do? the costomer service number is useless.

i googled about what happend, most of them says i can reschedule the next wednesday but it doesnt says anything in my notification letter

I beleive it is normal. They will schedule you for the next available opening. They will process your request regularly so estimate another week or 2 weeks. You can schedule an infopass appointment and see if they can provide you with more details.

it is ok if i make an appointment with infopass now? i mean after i mailed my reschedule appointment?

I wonder what happened with your rescheduling. I have the same thing happening to me. I sent the notice back i can't make it and it's been 10 days! I called the 1-800 number but they just said that I have to wait and i will get the next available appointment. I said but hey the notice says "Upon receipt of your request, you will be provided a new appointment notice". She gibbered something that it doesn't mean that they would send it right away. I think "providing" means letting you know or sending etc. And "upon receipt" means right way. I'm mad!
