That is NOT True SIR!!! NVC First completes the case, waits for an interview date & only then sends the interview letter ( not sure who will send the letter in my case). This process is country specific if I am not wrong.

hi as i told you NVC have only authority to scheduled cr1 interview beneficery usa home embassy have no authority to scheduled cr1 interview but yes beneficery us embassy have only authority to make medical test and send medical check list to beneficery

and i think your interview date is 16 august 2010 near about good luck

16 august 2010 ???? Have you read my Interview date in a Newspaper? . You are wrong again. There is no such thing as Medical Appointment Letter. Any one can do the medicial once they get the Interview Appointment letter. At the medical office they need a copy of the Interview letter, Copy of Passport BioData Page & 2 Passport Size Photo nothing else. It is strongly recommended to have the medical done atleast 2 weeks before the interview. Medical office will forward the medical report directly to the Embassy. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the HEAT corncern dude. I am already sweating my self thinking about it. I need you to recommend me some good place to stay in Dhaka near the Embassy. Also recommend me some place where food is safe to eat. I don't to get sick caz of food poison. I have never been to Dhaka (out side of air port) in my life. SAVE ME !!!

I've been to Dhaka a few times. I recommand this hotel http://www.laurelhotelbd.com It's within 1.5miles of US embassy. Double bed will run you $500 for 5/6 days. If you're going to be taking your whole villiage with you (jokes, lol) then consider something cheaper like a motel.

As for food, I went to BD and I ate everything. Street food, regular food, home food. I didn't get sick a single time. Just drink bottled water. It's not that the water is bad, it's just that our American stomach aren't used to the same bacterias. Most places filre their water. Still drink bottled water (international branded, if possible), eat hot food whenever possible. If you go to a semi-expensive restaurant in dhaka, you can pretty much expect the same cleanliness as in America. From my personal experiences, of course.

Take your wife out to KFC. KFCs in Bangladesh are infinitely more better and tastier than in US.

i think you reread my answer again where can i say( MEDICAL APPOINTMENT LETTER ) i only say embassy have only authority to make medical test and send medical check list to beneficery the embassy mention in the check list about the authorised medical hospital and clinic who is only authorised and authority to take beneficery medical test

and your question about interview date iam tell you this date is only base of my immigration visa knowledge

1) How log does it take for NVC to set up an interview date after case is complete ? ( CR1 Catagory)

2) Who sets up the Interview Date ? Embassy OR NVC ( My Country : Bangladesh)
