Case Complete & Sign In Failed :)

Just Called NVC AVR & found out my case is complete & also log in to the "Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center" failed. I have 2 question :

1) How log does it take for NVC to set up an interview date after case is complete ? ( CR1 Catagory)

2) Who sets up the Interview Date ? Embassy OR NVC ( My Country : Bangladesh)

hi first nvc scheduled your interview date with month then complete your case and transfer your case to benifecery home country then beneficery wait another 15 to 20 days after that beneficery home usa embassy send interview appointment with medical check list

That is NOT True SIR!!! NVC First completes the case, waits for an interview date & only then sends the interview letter ( not sure who will send the letter in my case). This process is country specific if I am not wrong.

Thanks dude, I called NVC & the operator couldn't give any date yet. I head that the interviews are scheduled 2nd week of each following month. If that is true then I will get interview date arround middle on July. Any thoughts !!

Congrats! I think they are scheduled the 2nd week of each month (some times more of month depending). That means they ill schedule your interview (hopefully) next week or so and it ill be in July. If you miss the cut off date for scheduling, it will be pushed back another month. As long as your embassy isn't backlogged, you should be looking at a July interview.

My case completed may 21st.my Husband call the operator on 25th she said just now schedule our interview date.then we got mail 25th schedule interview date on July 29th.

I hope you will know your interview date soon..

It took 68 days to set up interview after case was complete??? God Bless Me !!

Here's the part we've all been waiting for. Your sign in fails! What happens AFTER you get a SIGN IN FAILED?

Check the AVR/confirm with an operator that your case has indeed completed processing at NVC.

CR-1 interviews are scheduled by NVC. The interview letter will be e-mailed to both the beneficiary and the petitioner.

You can track the DHL packages sent out from Portsmouth, NH to your consulate once your interview date has been assigned.

Keep bugging NVC till they assign your date. Not too much, though.

You can check the US Consulate's website for updates on interviews. Most consulate's have an interview schedule updated bi-weekly.

You can also call your consulate for regular updates on how busy the consulate is that month.

Get your medical out of the way. The medical is country specific, so check out your regional forums.

Usually, you need 2-3 photographs, passport, interview letter, and your medical records but I'm sure requirements differ.

Get cracking on organizing your interview evidence/packet.

I belive Interview Letter / Some other medical Specific letter is required for Medical. So, I cannot send my send my wife @ doctor yet. Correct me if I am wrong
