I think it sounds like an adventure really!

I mean you are young still and it seems to me you have huge ties to either place.

Moving away from family can be a bit daunting but visiting is always an option.

You might end up loving it!

I moved a year ago. Picked up my life in the city, left my first real job that paid really well, and moved to the country and bought a house. Best thing I ever did!

I own a business and considering starting another once Chris moves here. He loves the area much better then when I lived in the city, and we could see having our family here in the future.

Of course there are millions of things to be scared of. But then again nothing ever is for sure.

Hubby and I move to the U.S. in two weeks. We've known for 16 months that we're going to do this. We've been insanely excited. And now, just now - at literally this very moment - I feel like I'm having an anxiety attack over this. Why are we moving and leaving our jobs?? Why are we leaving his family, who I get along with and enjoy being around a lot more than my family?? Why are we starting over at the age of 25?? What if we don't find jobs?? How long will it take us to buy a house?? What if I end up killing my mom?? We're staying with her until we get a house, but I don't exactly get along with her for very long. I feel like I'm going to throw up. I want to cry and THEN throw up.

congrats....

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I feel like going home and never working again. I wonder how that would work out.

Well I can think of one person who maaaaaaay not be excited about that. (no, not me. Your wife.)

Once our savings ran out, I suspect I wouldn't be too wild about it either

Not to mention your future children, who would be living in cardboard boxes and playing with empty tin cans.

Tin? Do you know how much tin costs these days? What do you think I am, a Rockefeller?

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)
