Less updates or"touches" less problems??

hey guys i can't get this off my mind, my process is going really smooth but they don't touch my process often !!

so far they look my i-130 once and the others form twice(look at my time line if needed) and thats about it.

Is this good or bad?

did they forget about me?

Actually from your timeline it looks like your case is moving right along. There seems to be a slow down in general though.

As mentioned above, your timing is good so far.. One of the problems we just faced [February Filers] was the over stay amount of time. Some of my co-February filers have not even gotten updates, touches, or even interview dates.. But they can’t do anything unless is 5 months.. One of the reasons why this happened [i think] was the release of the new GC..

In any event, patient will be the key.. my wife's process it took over 3 months and i had not a lot of changes in my process. At least we didn't see anything. As a matter of fact, we didn't get the AP or EAD until "after" she received her GC.. so you may see how busy they probably were/are..

I think the touches and how a process moves are unrelated. Don't focus on how many times your process is touched. Try to put it in the back of your head while it's in the phase where you can't really do anything. Just enjoy your family and life.
