In addition to Kathyrn's definition, I'd suggest this scenario, as well -

If you walked into a bar, used the same phrase or label on a stranger, perhaps in the middle of an argument, and then that person decided that your phrase or label was so inurious as to make him think to punch you (or actually punch you) , then ya might not want to hit the 'Post Button' here.

Sure, 'poutine lover' can have different meanings, as a label, depending on the context (can be an insult, can be used in name calling, can also be used as term of endearment). Is nice example of a pejorative label.

I fear I am petarded.

That would be dead funny, if this was actually posted in the OT forum. Since it's not, I have to wonder - what's the/your point?

Was this thread started simply to point out that there exists some degree of judgment by the moderation team and myself when enforcing the TOS. If so then fair enough -- there is. Some situations are subjective by nature. If the TOS was written to cover all situations it will be a mile long and nearly impossible to enforce. We try to be as uniform as possible in enforcement however there will always, as in life, be a human element. If you think a moderator (or myself) is wrong, let me know.
