Jen, I started to answer another post for you yesterday, but I'll say this: don't torture yourself, and try to make life easy! Think about the context of the forms and answer the questions that are asked. A quick review of the guidelines and example forms here should tip you to oddities like "N/A" (just don't do it).

Oh, and stop calling USCIS for info, that's a 50/50 chance for the right answer at best.
