Technically, yes. However, not sure if the consulate needs time to process the DS-230 (part I) before the rest of the documents. To be safe, I would send them a few days apart.

Also, do I need to send any supporting documentation with packet3 and packet 4? such as photos? passport copies etc?

Packet 3: return the DS-230 (part 1) form ASAP.

Packet 4: send back the form to say that you have gathered all the information as in the instructions. The information is brought to the interview. Some information will take time to acquire. Make sure you can get them before the consulate set the interview date.

Sorry, wrong info. given previously.

Along with the checklist, all information requested must be send with form DS-1076.

"You are required to furnish the original of each document PLUS one photocopy. This is your checklist & it must be returned to the consulate with form DSL-1076 and your documents as requested. Your original documents will be returned to you at the time of your final visa interview."

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: England
Timeline

We sent all the DS forms and the checklist back together with no problems. As for all the other documents that are asked for, they should be taken to the interview, not sent in. Just the forms need sent.

Send both together. London won't schedule an interview w/out having a completed checklist. This is why answers from folks who went through other consulates can sometimes be detrimental - the process isn't the same from consulate to consulate.

I'll move this thread from the K1 process forum to the consular forum where it belongs as well.
