Can anyone please tell me which forms I need to file?

Here's my story:

I am a German citizen and I came to the US in 2001 as a tourist and never left. I recently married my long time girlfriend and we are almost ready to get the filing process started.

Is there any information how to fill out the necessary paperwork correctly? Like for people who were in the same exact situation as I was/am...

Please let me know if this is enough information I have provided about my case!

Thanks!

See the adjustment of status "Guide", then download and study the instructions for the I-130 and I-485. Then, return with remaining questions. Click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here.

I know that Just Bob had a long overstay, even longer than yours. He can probably help you. The basics will be the same as any of us. I-130 concurrently with the I-485 and all supporting documents including the I-864. You SHOULD NOT file the I-131 because you can't use it, but you'll probably want to file the I-765.

What I don't know if there are any supplemental I-485s you have to file.
