Hi everyone,

So I'm gathering to last things I need for the interview and I'm confused as to which form I need to have my fiancé fill in. His mother is also my co-sponsor.

Is it the I-34something or the I-84something that they need to fill in? Is it the same for both the fiancé and the co-sponsor?

Thanks for the help guys!

For the K-1 visa, at the interview stage, you need to fill out I-134's, two separate ones from the sponsor and co-sponsor each. Once you enter the US, get married, and adjust your status, that is when you will need to fill out I-864... but for now, you need to fill out I-134.

Hope this helps!
