We got an RFE in the mail today! It says, "The evidence you sent is not enough because you don't show that you and your spouse share responsibility for most of the assets and liabilities of the marriage. You have not sent sufficient examples of shared assets and liabilities spanning the period of your marriage to show that you continue to share a life together.":crying::crying::crying:

Did you see a touch on the USCIS website before you got the RFE in mail?

We got an RFE in the mail today! The retake is a bummer because he now has a job where he loads semis for a living and the skin on his fingers has been worn down. They were having some difficulty when he went in the first time. I was afraid this would happen. :(

Have you checked April and May filers thread?

As for today, CSC's approval rates are... April: 44%, May: 11%

So, I guess Weatherman's case was exceptional...

Wow, I guess statistics do not favor CSC filers. We'll just have to cross our fingers and hope to get some luck from Weatherman. Thank you.

CSC being behind never surprises me ;) My card expired yesterday, so now I'm carrying my piece of paper everywhere with me. If they are only halfway done with April, who knows when we'll see our approvals. I think they should ship some cases to VSC :P

Yeah I know what you mean it is making me nervous, we want to move apartments but are waiting until this is finished so it is very frustrating. I did notice quite a few April CSC approvals and they are approved roughly 2 to 2 1/2 months after biometrics, so that is not so long if they keep up like that. There are even 2 July filers approved with VSC already so I imagine that must be very annoying for the April and May filers who haven't been approved yet.

It seems like there were a couple months where nothing happened at CSC at all. They were probably focused on some other type of petition and put the I-751's to the side.

It does (thankfully) seem though that they are back to work as there has been a surge of approvals coming out of CSC in the last 2 weeks. If they keep it up they will be caught up in another month or two. :thumbs:
